How did Angela's Lake Catering begin?

AT: My cooking style was developed when I was a child. Our family has always loved being in the kitchen. My great grandma Angie (Nona) passed her recipes down to Grandma Phyllis who passed them along to my mother, Sandra. She taught me the most about Italian Cooking.

Now I keep the family tradition going with my own special flare on our traditional family recipes. I've been so fortunate to have such a supportive community that is willing to try new ideas, provide feedback, and help me hone my craft. My family and friends around the Lake area have been a great blessing in helping me build this from a simple hobby into a premier catering option for major Lake of the Ozarks events.

What business accomplishments are you most proud of?

AT: We live in one of the most romantic destination wedding locations the Midwest has to offer. Angela's Lake Catering has become a pillar in the local industry - serving over 500 events across 200 different venues and homes throughout the region.

What is your main focus in the near future?

AT: Most importantly, Angela's Lake Catering is focused on working with the finest Lake area venues to provide premium event services. We've seen a ton of great venue options pop up around the Lake in the last few years, and our mission is to work hard to help those venues produce an event that guests will remember for years to come. We do that by collaborating with the venue coordinators, event planners, decorators, and (of course) the customer to ensure that each aspect of our service (from food prep to delivery to clean up) is carefully considered throughout the day of the event. The end result is a delightful presentation, satisfied guests, and a very happy customer - every time. Guaranteed.

I'll also work with you to build a custom menu that suits your tastes and your budget. We can also discuss your needs for extended services like a beverage station, a bartender, a coffee bar, serving/bussing options, silverware options, and decorations.
